I always love feedback.
I put a call out recently to ask for ideas for Tapping Videos.
Within the responses was one of someone who felt she was ‘losing her balance’.
I’m starting with this one, because I think it’s really interesting how our body responses are often the work of our ego mind, trying to protect us from something in our life.
This part of us is dictating our thoughts, in this case, the thought of ‘be careful how I move’, can often relate to past events.
This video is a generic one. By that I mean, the ideal always is to work 1-1 with someone, because everyone’s story is different.
Having said that there may be something in this video that will give you an ‘aha’ moment, and start the process of releasing those thoughts from your mind, and therefore your body, and therefore, your life, so you can regain your balance.

First off, thanks for the video of tapping. I’ve casually tried this using written instructions, but have never taken the time to find a video of it, so this was useful modeling for me. Secondly, I’m happy that what you modeled was tapping for a physical manifestation of a problem. I hadn’t really considered it for physical issues because I considered it, for whatever reason, to be a physical technique for getting at emotional/mental/energetic issues.
So thanks twice, for a very useful post.
