So, we’re nearing the end of another year, and we’re already focused on the next one. Perhaps. Maybe you’re one of the rare species that ‘goes with the flow’. But the average person is already saying to themselves: ‘So, next year, I’m going to do this, and I’m going to do that, and from now on, I’m not doing this, and I’m not doing that, and ….’
That voice is like a nagging parent, partner, boss, who never gives credit for the wonderful human being that you are. Notice that I didn’t say the wonderful ‘achievements’.
You are always enough, right here, right now. But if it’s achievements that you want to look at,t just take 10 minutes to write down everything that you have accomplished/enjoyed this year, and sit back, relax and savour all that you are, and all that you have done in the last year.
And relish in it. Reach your arm right up, drop it down over your shoulder, and give yourself a well deserved pat on the back 🙂

HI Julie! What a great reminder! We are so quick to move to next year, we do not always take time to assess the past year. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! From Fab & Fearless group!
